Welcome to Bournville Surgery

COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic

If you believe that you have symptoms of COVID-19 please DO NOT come into the surgery.  Stay at home and get advice from NHS 111 online.

We are no longer allowing patients into the surgery without a pre-booked appointment.

If you feel that you need to be seen by a doctor please ring reception and they will book you for a telephone/ Video consultation.  If Dr Doski then feels that he needs to see you he will invite you in for a face to face appointment. Please if possible make sure you have a smart phone available as will be needed for video consultation

PLEASE DO NOT come into the surgery to order or collect prescriptions.  Repeat prescriptions can now be ordered over the phone and you will be asked to nominate a pharmacy to send your prescription to.

Please note that we have some self testing Covid test that we can provide to our patients who either struggle to get to drive through centers or are housebound or disabled or have language barriers.

Please see below short simple message about how to facilitate post viral recovery
